Do You Complex?

Do you use complexes when strength training? I like to use them as a finisher, or as a stand-alone training session when I am short on time. A complex is defined as a sequence of exercises performed back to back with a single set of weights, and no dropping of the weights or changing them until all reps of every exercise have been completed. Challenging, breath-taking, and sure to leave you sweaty, complexes are some of my favorite ways to train. Try the following and let me know if you love it as much as I do!
