I have a strong background in athletics and personal training and am a lifelong student dedicated to continued learning and personal growth. I am focused on delivering specific, motivational, and educational training plans, and believe that training is about so much more than "getting sore."
I work with clients of all abilities to help them achieve their fitness and nutrition goals through individualized programs based on individual needs.
I am a certified strength coach, TPI certified, and an education specialist with Keiser.
