Summertime is full of distractions. Here is a solution to your "I don't have time to workout" blues. 15min of full-body strength. Minimal equipment is required but full enthusiasm and engagement is a must! Start with one set, and work your way up to 4-6 sets of the exercises. Use this as a full workout or as a supplement post-run or Peloton. Try it out and let me know what you think. Enjoy!
