Green Power Dip

DIRECTIONS:
 
 

1.  Combine in the food processor until smooth.  

 

2.  Customize It! I also like to add a bit of salt and hot sauce to taste and give it a little kick.

 

3. Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, up to you!

WHY I LOVE IT
 
 

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I love to make a great crudite platter to bring with me to parties. I always try to make my own hummus for these platters, but recently I was introduced to this dip, which will now become my go to. It is a great substitution for anything that you like to dip!

 

INGREDIENTS:
 
 

1/2 ripe avocado

1 clove garlic

1/2c packed baby spinach

1/2c packed cilantro

1/3c Greek-style yogurt

1/4c frozen edamame, thawed (fresh will work as well)

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

 

**Food processor required**
