Chia Seed Pudding

DIRECTIONS:
 
 
1.   Mix the almond milk and chia seeds in a bowl.
 
2.   Add in the vanilla extract and cinnamon and stir.  
 
3.   Place in the refrigerator before you go to bed and wake up to a delicious pudding.   
 
4.   Add the toppings of your choice to the pudding.

WHY I LOVE IT
 
 

Make this before bed, and wake up to a filling breakfast with great texture.  High in Omega-3's this is a great alternative to oatmeal for breakfast. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/3 cup  chia seeds 1

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon to taste 

 

 

Optional

Coconut 

Honey or maple syrup

Shaved Almonds

Raw cacoa
